Meghann Murphy is an actress and writer living in Los Angeles since graduating from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.

Most recently, she has appeared on the Adult Swim show Children’s Hospital, directed by David Wain (her second guest role on the show). In addition to appearing in national commercials for Staples, McDonald’s, Radio Shack, and others, Meghann stays true to her New York theatre roots by performing improv and stand-up comedy on various stages around LA.

This winter, she completed a successful run at the Second City Hollywood of her two-woman show, Meghann and Whitney are Insecure: A Love Story, a show originally developed for and performed at the UCB Theatre Los Angeles. She also produced, co-wrote and starred in her webseries Long Distance.

Meghann is represented commercially by Laura Soo Hoo of the Reign Agency. She is currently SAG/AFTRA.
